LoveText is a free and open service operated by Astronware LLC. These terms apply to your use of the app and website.
1. What the Service Does
LoveText lets you send anonymous compliments to people you care about. All messages are predefined by us. You pick from a curated list and recipients receive the message without knowing who sent it.
2. No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from users. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information. Phone numbers used for verification are not stored after the session ends.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone
- Attempt to circumvent the predefined message system
- Send messages to people you do not know
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Zero Tolerance: Any misuse of LoveText for harmful purposes will result in immediate termination of access.
4. The Service is Free
LoveText is free to use. There are no hidden fees, no paid tiers, and no in-app purchases. We do not run ads and we do not sell data.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
